Description
Semisynthetic penicillin has high efficiency for Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the effective rate of clinical treatment for Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection is about 90%. It is stable against beta lactamase produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, but it is easily destroyed by beta lactamase produced by Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis and some Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains. The combination of gentamicin and polymyxin has synergistic effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It is used for the treatment of septicemia, urinary tract infection, respiratory tract infection and biliary tract infection. It is also used for secondary infection of leukemia and malignant tumor patients, and it is also effective for typhoid fever. Ticarcillin sodium and clavulanate and often made of new composite antibiotic agent - (Dun Huan have shaped Timentin smell smell like Yi), clinically used in the treatment of severe infection.
